Building authority in any niche is the key to building trust so you can break through the clutter so people pay attention to you. After all if you want to sell more to people they must first know like and trust you. Building authority creates that trust.

"Respect Saver"
Mike your "Twitter Timesaver" is misnamed. Yeah, it will save time all right. But what it will really do for me is save the respect of my twitter followers. And in the long run that will be money in the bank.
Right now Twitter is going through a feeding frenzy as everyone is joining everyone else's Twitter account so they can get more followers. That will eventually die down, and when it does a lot of pruning will occur. People with huge lists and nothing but affiliate link plugs will quickly lose most of their followers.
Those who follow your lead, will retain far more of their lists, because they will have provided relevant information as well as useful and targeted links.
